Blackwell & Company is a Montana based professional services firm specializing in helping its clients meet the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Our primary focus is assisting management with initial and ongoing compliance with § 404 the Act, which includes performing internal control assessments, documentation development including policies and procedures, independent management testing of financial reporting controls, and development of recommendations for control and process improvements. We also perform special accounting services for such purposes as, succession planning, purchase investigations, mergers and acquisitions, fraud analyses, and financial and operational reviews.
Guided by core values including competence, honesty and integrity, professionalism, dedication, responsibility and accountability, we provide quality service through the active, hands-on involvement of each of our experienced and dedicated professionals. We can do this because we’re not the biggest firm out there, nor do we wish to be. Our size allows each of our professionals to maintain close contact with clients and to develop an in-depth understanding of client operations, which we believe provides greater value to our clients than size alone.
Since its formation, Blackwell & Company has been working closely with its clients to help them and their operating companies comply with the requirements of the Act. Our client base is diverse and focused entirely on manufacturing.
