Headquartered in Bermuda, Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: ENH), through its operating subsidiaries, is a global provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance. Using a highly analytical approach to risk, Endurance helps risk managers, reinsurance buyers and their brokers solve their insurance and reinsurance needs.

Endurance launched operations at the end of 2001 after raising approximately $1.2 billion from a diverse and well known group of investors. In February 2003, Endurance raised $202.3m in a successful Initial Public Offering under the ticker symbol “ENH.” Today, Endurance has over 700 employees globally and has grown to more than $7.8 billion in assets and $2.5 billion in shareholders’ equity.

In January of 2004, Endurance Services Limited (“Endurance Services”) was created as a direct subsidiary of Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. The service company provides infrastructure and shared services to support our business platforms in Bermuda, London and the U.S., including information technology, finance, investment, underwriting, actuarial, human resource, audit, legal, communications and other support services.
