Founded in 1937, Harrah's Entertainment is more than 65 years old. Founded in Reno, Harrah's has become the world's largest provider of branded casino entertainment. We have grown from $1B to nearly $10B in revenue over the last 6 years through a winning combination of strong and consistent quarter over quarter same stores sales growth, via expansion into existing and new geographic markets, and via acquisitions of accretive brands such as Rio, Horseshoe, Caesars and the World Series of Poker. Harrah's now owns, operates and/or manages over 40 properties making it the most geographically diverse gaming company. Internationally the company has a presence in Canada, Uruguay and Australia, and has recently announced new developments in Spain, Slovenia, and the Bahamas. We are also pursuing new developments in Singapore and other Asian and European markets.
