SQA Services, Inc. is a Global Quality Assurance Consulting firm with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Aerospace/Defense, and High-Technology industries. We manage, through our global network of Associates, coordinated and focused programs in supplier auditing, supplier development and risk assessment, lean/six sigma, inspection, and more. Our clients benefit from the turn-key nature of our global team, who act as extensions of their own supplier quality groups.
SQA Services, Inc. has thousands of SQA Associates in over 50 countries, hundreds of which are actively used on a steady basis. This global team of senior engineers, auditors, and inspectors performs quality activities at our clients’ suppliers, sub-tiers and/or internal divisions.

Company History
Since its founding in 1995 by father and son Jim McKay and J. Michael McKay, SQA has pursued a vision of helping companies improve. Chaired by Jim McKay, who pioneered Supplier Quality Management services in the 70s, SQA is widely recognized as a key body of knowledge, a flexible global resource, and a proven solution provider for today's complex supply environments.
